We have been assisting a family-run social care provider in London, winning key contracts in their local vicinity. Day to day business needs meant bringing in an interim writing solution was needed on multiple tender opportunities. A key component of our support included a deep understanding of their service, their workforce, business continuity plans, feedback from clients, IT solutions, experience, and where that placed them in securing local opportunities. Information was collated and a narrative created for each response with client approval. Local tenders were secured sustaining their business.

We bring in additional resources as needed, including financial and associate writers we work with, to ensure that the quality of our work is maintained and exceeded. This commitment to excellence and continuous improvement has allowed us to provide the best possible outcomes for our clients. For example, we worked with a national provider to secure the Midlands NHS 111 contract with a score that beat their previous best.

We have been honest when we have felt clients’ chances of winning were limited and that it would be prudent to wait for more suitable opportunities. Our continuity of support for many of our returning clients is a testament to our work and honesty.

Our approach is collaborative, an approach that involves being embedded within our client’s organisation. Whether clients are bidding solely or in partnership, our approach involves that we are an integral part of the team leading from the front. We have been working closely with the Police Education Consortium, a partnership of Middlesex University, Canterbury Christ Church University, Cumbria University and Portsmouth University to deliver Police Constabulary Degree Apprenticeship Programmes. In a truly collaborative fashion from partnering agreements to working on bids together, we have won key contracts to deliver training to Thames Valley Police, and Surrey and Sussex Police Forces.
