We work with clients supporting their ambitions to expand regardless of their size or the type of service they deliver for example, we have been working with a family business supplying dry wipes into the NHS. Our support included identifying and applying for suitable frameworks which has resulted in an increase in revenues from £400,000 to £3.5 million. We have supported a national provider to win multiple GP APMS contracts across Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Peterborough realising plans to grow their business in the East of England.
We have been assisting a family-run social care provider in London, winning key contracts in their local vicinity. Day to day business needs meant bringing in an interim writing solution was needed on multiple tender opportunities. A key component of our support included a deep understanding of their service, their workforce, business continuity plans, feedback from clients, IT solutions, experience, and where that placed them in securing local opportunities. Information was collated and a narrative created for each response with client approval. Local tenders were secured sustaining their business.
